Carole is an experienced leadership development specialist and coach, and has worked with the leadership teams of numerous FTSE 100 companies. Carole has worked across a broad range of sectors, areas of expertise and business sizes – from blue chips to niche startups and charities. Her coaching approach combines deep exploration with a heavy dose of realism. She is highly pragmatic, encouraging clients to identify practical steps towards making their desired changes while supporting them to understand their motivations and values to ensure congruent and lasting change. She has a special interest in mental health and supporting those in crisis.
Carole’s background is in operations, and throughout her career she has held leadership roles at various blue chip organisations (including Kodak and BP) and gained over 20 years’ experience of coaching individuals and teams. She remains one of the UK’s leading authorities on the skills and leadership required to successfully deliver sustainable process improvement. She was also one of the UK’s first qualified Six Sigma Master Black Belts.
Carole has an honours degree in Chemical Engineering, is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, a qualified coach and an accredited Birkman Consultant. She also holds BPS Part A & B qualifications.
